Prepare Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original Somerset House packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For oversized furniture pieces, we will coordinate a white-glove pickup; for smaller accents, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
